Michael Weber:  The Food and Drug Administration， in essence， has said whenever a doctor believes that the benefits of quick and effective blood pressure reduction are compelling and outweigh any possible concerns about perhaps excessive blood pressure reduction， which frankly we never really see with the use of these agents， then doctors should feel empowered to go ahead with that strategy.  As we have discussed， it has been highly effective.
